FAJAS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns or give refunds of any kind. For obvious hygienic reasons, PANTIES, FAJAS and any other items that have a direct contact with the crotch area or direct contact with the breast area and skin are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns. We only change garment in the case of manufacture imperfection.

Shipping fees on your original orders are not refundable. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of any item. However, if the reason for return is a quality issue we will charge the cost of return fees. If the reason is refund the shipping fee s are not refundable.

We are not responsible for lost packages after we delivered to the shipping company.

Specially marked items that are on SALE are not refundable . SALES mean Final.

For international shipping We are not responsible for orders after the package leave USA and arrive to other international customs. We don't control international regulations and shipping companies overseas.

Return must be claimed before seven (7) days after purchase.
